Regional Director

College Success Foundation of Spokane, WA is seeking to hire a full-time Regional Director to provide results-driven leadership and strategic direction for all programs within the northeastern Washington state region.

ABOUT COLLEGE SUCCESS FOUNDATION

College Success Foundation (CSF) provides a unique integrated system of supports and scholarships to inspire underserved, low-income students to finish their high school education, graduate from college, and succeed in life. We serve young people from low-income families, students of color, foster youth, and first-generation college students. We work to dismantle the structural inequities that limit opportunities for our students. We do this through an integrated system of supports and scholarships. We support students academically, financially, socially, and emotionally beginning in middle school, continuing through high school and college, and extending into our scholars' post-college years to ensure success in life.

CSF is part of a learning community. We are committed to continuous improvement, professional growth, and courageous conversations. It would not be possible to achieve our goals without the hard work of our team. This is why we offer competitive compensation and generous benefits.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A REGIONAL DIRECTOR

As a Regional Director, you manage the office in the northeastern Washington state region. You define and implement comprehensive pathways to support student services throughout the region. In order to best serve those we support, you maintain knowledge of current education research on first-generation college students, college retention, and graduation rates.

Each year, you develop and manage the annual budget to ensure that fundraising goals and strategies align with the overall budget and program needs of CSF. You collaborate with Senior Leadership, the Regional Board, and the President/CEO to establish and achieve annual and long-term programmatic and development goals and strategies. You also coordinate with the executive team and national advancement team to develop resources and expand our operational capacity.

In conjunction with our national office, you develop and implement fundraising strategies in order to increase CSF's support from individuals, foundations, corporations, state and federal agencies, and other sources. You develop proposals for grants and contracts, manage proposal efforts, and monitor required grant reporting. Your excellent interpersonal skills assist you in developing and maintaining key relationships with donors and prospects. The hard work you do in fundraising and obtaining grants is essential in allowing us to offer excellent scholarships.

QUALIFICATIONS
